Bad Customer Service and Run Down Hotel. Although the hotel had tried to remodel, the same poor customer service still exist. Our room was dirty and smelled of smoke. In addition the front desk was unable to give us any information about the area. Also, we had to wait 15 minutes to get a waitress only to receive cold food
