I went here for a new contact prescription. From the time they went in my eyes my contacts were uncomfortable and blurry. I went to "Dr." Whitehead 4 times trying to correct the problem. He kept telling me I was having trouble adjusting to the contacts and I just had to give it time (although I had worn contacts for years and never had a problem before.) Unfortunately, I became so frustrated trying to deal with his indifference and the rude front desk staff that I didn't push hard enough to get a refund (the money back guarantee might work if you retain a lawyer.) I ended up going to a more reputable provider who found that my contacts were too tight. When i told my coworkers about this, one of the men I work with said he was misdiagnosed with glaucoma at this practice.
