Please include all the facts when writing a bad review.
The BMW M3 you speak of was at my shop in Innsbrook, not the 6316 West Broad location.
It is my opinion that the reason your water pump came apart is because you did not replace the fan clutch, that we told you was bad, on the ticket that was signed, when you picked up the car.
In good faith we offered you repairs and compensation, but voided the check, when you said you would still take legal action.
I am sorry you had this problem and had to seek repairs somewhere else.

Go To Delta V MotorSports If You Want it Done Right. We had a horrible experience with Import Autohaus- and ended up having our car towed from their shop over to the team with Delta V Motorsports who did a great job of fixing everything Import Autohaus did wrong, evidently, as I see from researching forums and reviews- I'm not the only one who has had these problems with them- and they refused to take any accountability for their faulty repairs- unfortunately, as the first user- I am going to be going through the litigation process as well- wish I would've found her review first! RESPONSE TO A BAD REVIEW. CUSTOMER HAD AN OLDER JAGUAR TOWED IN AND WE REPAIRED THE ISSUES WITH CAR. (NO SPARK) WHICH SHE ALREADY HAD SOMEONE TELL HER. IT WAS TOWED IN ANOTHER DAY AND IT STARTED AND RAN FINE, TOWED IN AGAIN ANOTHER DAY AND IT STARTED AND RAN FINE AND WE DROVE FOR DAYS. NO ISSUES. WE PAID THE TOWING INVOICES, NO CHARGES TO THE CUSTOMER. DAYS LATER THE CUSTOMER CALLED AND SAID IT WOULD NOT START, SHE COULD NOT BELIEVE AN OLD JAGUAR COULD HAVE SOMETHING ELSE FAIL IN THREE WEEKS TIME. SHE SUED US, NOT FOR OUR INVOICE REIMBURSEMENT BUT FOR THE AMOUNT ANOTHER SHOP CHARGED, WE REIMBURSED THE CUSTOMER PRIOR TO THE COURT DATE FOR WHAT WE CHARGED HER AND HER COSTS. BECAUSE WE ALWAYS DO THE RIGHT THING. THEN SHE STILL GOES TO COURT AFTER WE SETTLED THE DISAGREEMENT AND STILL TRIES TO COLLECT FROM US AGAIN AFTER WE REIMBURSED HER! $300.00 MORE THAN OUR INVOICE WAS! ALSO THERE IS NOT A "MAGICAL" COMPUTER TO AUTOMATICALLY TELL YOU EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH A 17 YR. OLD JAGUAR!
