I've done a good amount of business with these guys and I like them. They retrofitted a brand new Dell I bought with Windows XP, which is a lot harder and more time consuming than it sounds, and the price was very fair. I bought two flat panel monitors from them to use as second monitors for two different computers and they were only $15 each (mind you, they are slightly outdated compared to my LCD monitors but they get the job done). I think some of the complaints on here about rudeness are probably people who are not used to talking with socially challenged computer dudes. The staff is not exactly shining in their approach to customer interactions, but just be polite and they'll get the job done for a good price. As a bonus, the owner is open to bundling in some extra equipment for cheap prices when you have some work done.

Since 2010, I have purchased three computers from Computer World and couldn't be happier with the products and services I've received. Jerome and his staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond and the prices are always reasonable. Refurbished computers come loaded with free operating and anti-virus software and perhaps best of all: even long after the sale, you can call with questions or technical issues and they are happy to help troubleshoot. I am a big fan of Computer World and highly recommend them to all.

Great work, good guys.... I have taking my desktop, laptops and external hard drives to Jerome ancrew, over the years. They have gone the extra distance every time. An example, a piece broke off of my motherboard, they soldered it instead of telling me to replace it, <$25. Recently, both external hard drives, with 20,000 photos and architectural work, crashed; they kept working on it and tried program after program and recovered ALL of it, charged me $100. Great guys!

AWESOME. I have bought several computers from computer world and had computers serviced ...AWESOME every time!!!! I could not believe the negative feedback. The manager even brought me a part FREE of charge to my work....you never get that!!!!

NEVER GO HERE- AWFUL SERVICE!. I was told 3 different times my laptop would be ready for pick up and it was not....the manager would not work with me and ignored my concerns. Don't even waste your time at this awful establishment.

Excellent Customer Service. I took my computer in to Computer World because it would not boot. They verbally diagnosed the problem as the power supply, tried a new one and it worked! They didn't even charge me for the diagnosis, but just the power supply, which was VERY reasonable! They even helped carry my computer to the car (desktop) because I did not park in the back. Very friendly, reasonably priced and knowledgeable!
