I have always been pleased
by By His Grace at Citysearch
I have bought tires and had front end alignments there for many years and I have always been pleased. I have always found them to be straight shooters. Today I was out of town and had a tire problem. I called them and they provided me with information that helped me decide what to do with no hesititation even though I would not be buying something from them now.
Got Tires? Get Mincz!
by REM1970 at Citysearch
Mincz has been stellar in their sevice and advice. I've been using their services for over six years now and they've never "steered" me wrong. My custom wheels have yet to be damaged by any old tire unmounts or new tire mounts.
I've heard Ken giving his customers numerous options to keep costs down and their cars on the road until they can get things done right. NEVER have I heard someone sold something they don't need. They have advised me against things that I thought I needed and didn't! What kind of business would avoid making a sale and offer what's best for the customer? Mincz.
I recently had two worn tires that were making my ride miserable. Jennifer helped me and offered a wide variety of tires from $150 to $225 each. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive. I chose what I wanted and the difference in my car's handling was amazing. One week later, I chose to get two more tires so all would match and wear evenly. No one at Mincz ever suggested I get four tires.
I appreciate all they've done for me.
**WARNING** They will charge for parts you don't need

I went to get a simple alignment...that they didn't even do. They told me after charging me to do nothing that I need to spend 200 dollara in parts and need four new tires to do the alignment. Haha well I just had a inspection done this month and everything is fine. They just want to replace things that don't need to be replaced. I know business is slow but that's no reason to screw your customers. Again please go anywhere else first unless your rich and don't care how much money you have to spend.
Best in town

Ken Mincz has forgotten more about tires than most people will ever know! He can spot a bad tire from 20 feet away. I have a 6 year old daughter, and don't trust my tires to anyone but Ken.
- Pros: Extremely knowledgeable
- Cons: Can take awhile sometimes
