Absolutely the worst Customer Service

his company does not value their customers. They are a money hungry company who will not negotiate even when you have not used their equipment due to being in hospital, they will continue running the bill. Soon after receiving some rental equipment that was directly ordered by the hospital and not me, I was again in hospital and almost died. Since their equipment was sitting in my home for a month without being used, they kept running the tab. When I finally came home and called them to pick up the equipment, they demanded full payment in CASH. They did not want to negotiate or anything or did not even try to take into consideration the situation. Disgusting. Will never do business with them.

When you get your powerchair, they show you nothing about chair, they do tell you not to get it wet, and dont use cell phone when in use. but showing you how touse it thats anouther story. work done on it by their workmen often have to be repeated. workmans attitude often turns me off.
