Not recommended. I stayed at the Holiday Inn the first weekend of March and was very disappointed. The room was dark depressing and dingy. The bathroom was small and nasty feeling and it looked like it was original, circa 1960. The sheets were thin, and the mattresses was hard. I stayed out of the room as much as possible. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. They need major renovation immediately.
For more than 50 years, this hotel's familiar green sign has signaled budget-friendly lodging for families and business travelers..
Since its 1952 debut in Memphis, Tenn., Holiday Inn has become one of the most recognized hotel brands in the world. Kids rule here: Children age 19 and younger stay for free when sharing a parent's room and as many as four children per family (age 12 or younger) eat for free at hotel restaurants. Other amenities include 24-hour business services, an in-room coffeemaker, iron, hair dryer, room service, a swimming pool and a fitness center.
Hospitality at its best!!. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Crossroads on several occasions because I am a trainer for a major company in Richmond. I always stay at the Crossroads and have found them to be not only accommodating but also overwhelmingly helpful and congenial. The staff is always smiling and going out of their way to help. As a man who considers most hotels a home away from home, I want to thank the Holiday Inn for making my stays warm and welcoming.
