Bad experience.
Initially, patient first was good. I have been visiting patient first since 2006.
Recently, I was denied service for something, as per my records was cleared by my insurance company, but was not reflecting their records. I even brought my insurance statement and showed them, but still was denied service and was asked to go to ER for simple sore throat. I had lot of pending payments earlier too, but was never denied service due to any value pending.
I would not recommend this facility of Patient First to anyone. Please stay away from them.
Search google for "richmond, va urgent and walk in clinics" and you would get a better one.
