What a great experience. What a great experience I had at Faceworks!! The massage I had was PERFECT! Just the right amount of pressure and all the sore spots were attended too!

I could have stayed all day. It was the fastest hour and a half EVER!

The staff is so professional and nice! I can't wait to get back and HOPEFULLY, I can spend the day. And decisions, decisions, decisions...Hot Stone or Detox...I wish I could get one a week!

Always a wonderful experience! (:. I've been going to Faceworks for about a year now.. it has been a wonderful experience. I started out just getting pedicures and recently I started getting facials and I absolutely love it. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for great service and just a great place to relax and enjoy their day. A++++++

relaxing, professional, a great "staycation". I scheduled a day there for my wife and me. We had the couples massage, pedicures and manicures. We decided to take a local vacation day and I have to say, this was a great choice. while there we felt appreciated and totally pampered. I also purchased gift certificates for some of my best clients and two have reported back that it was one of the best gifts they have ever received!! Highly recommended!

Jeff Davis Trash.... Gee, I wonder who wrote all those wonderful reviews, zami was an employee that is now in legal dispute with Darlene Stone, the current owner. Or maybe it could be ambergrubbs, jbeale23 or dentonx5 all members of Darlene Stone's family. All of the horrible reviews are REAL customers!!! Don't be fooled, any good technician that worked there has probably left and what's left is a sad place to come to for decent services in an ugly atmosphere. That place is not what it used to be since it changed hands.

Horrible customer service. My bridesmaids and I got manicures the day before my wedding. Our nail polish peeled and chipped by the next morning. When we notified the owner, Darlene Stone, she offered each of us a $7 refund on a $33 manicure, and acted as if we had no grounds to complain about the service we received. On top of that, it took her nearly a week to return our phone calls.

Faceworks used to be the best place in town to get a manicure and pedicure. Clearly the quality of the products and the customer service, primarily the customer care offered by the owner, has declined.

Best pedicures in Richmond. I am highly pleased with the services I recieved at Face Works Day Spa. The customer services was superb, I was greeted with smiling faces taken on time for my appointment and offered a beverage to enjoy. I recieved the best pedicure and manicure ever with Jennifer, I also received a heavenly facial.

Best Spa in Richmond!. Wow! I cannot say enough about Faceworks. I've been to many spas in Richmond and this one ranks among the best. The staff was so friendly and the service was unbelievable. I felt like I was definitely being catered to throughout my visit. It was a very relaxing atmosphere just as one would hope. I recommend Faceworks to anyone looking for excellent service and treatments. I can't wait to return!

Horrible customer service. My husband scheduled via phone a prenatal massage for my birthday. However, my doctor does not recommend me getting one. When my husband called to ask them to cancel, they said that they could but not until Monday morning. When he called back Monday morning, they said the manager was going to be back on Tuesday and could do it then. He drove to the spa and the manager informed him that they would and could not do a cancellation despite the fact that they had told him they would. The manager then stated that she recalled speaking to me when I called to cancel. I have never called them - my husband was the only one communicating with them. I am shocked at the customer service of a spa and have never had such an experience. We have never received services from them or gift certificate and they refuse to refund our money. There are alot of great spas in Richmond - don't try this one!

What a GREAT, RELAXING, and ENJOYABLE experience!. The staff was very friendly and took me at my appointment time. My massage was VERY enjoyable and the facility was very clean...I felt "refreshed" and I can't wait to return again!
