Big apartments with BIG attitude from staff...dirty dirty!

I lived at the Three Chopt West apartments for many years. The apartments are large and priced well. There is also is a problem with parking, there arent many parking spaces. The complex was sold, and the management changed. The staff are, at times rude and unsympathetic to repairs that need to be done in the apartments which make repair time long. The ladies that work in the rental office spend their days smoking on the balcony glaring at residents while flirting with their boyfriends.

At one point, while the exterminator was in my apartment, a Three Chopt West employee who was unlocking doors was pointing out items in my home that the exterminator should look at and making jokes. I was standing right there!

Three Chopt West even forgot to send me a new lease to sign.

Anita is very rude and doesnt like people who are different from her. The women in the rental office are horrible and the reason I moved out.

Thanks for nothing Three Chopt West!

• Pros: Close to shopping, cheap rent
• Cons: Rude employees and limited parking. Building are old and often need plubing repairs, water gets shut off often. Also, the power goes out on a monthly basis...
