Coins with Poor Service. This shop has been around Richmond for some time. I never bought anything from them until very recently. The quality of the numismatic items seemed ok, but I wasn't very excited about their prices. I attempted to negotiate a slightly lower price on a couple of coins and was rebuffed quite abruptly.

Nothing against this person personally, maybe he was just having a bad day, but I would never buy anything from him again. I'm not some cheapskate, I just believe in paying a fair price for what I purchase. If you're not attempting to take advantage of the merchant, then he/she should treat you with fairness and respect in return.
