What can I say ... It's pizza. What can I say it's better than Pizza Hut. No really the pizza is never bad and the service has always been .... just ok.

Rude Staff. The food is good the service is always rude. I have eaten here a couple of times and I have never had a polite server.

Terrible Food, Amateur Service. Folks, I read your reviews and decided to visit Angela's while in RIchmond on business. In short, it's not a very good restaurant. When I entered at 7 on a Thursday night, there were only a couple of tables filled yet it took the three people at the welcome desk 5 minutes to recognize that a party of 5 was standing in front of them while they chatted among themselves. Every time the waitress brought the next course, she had the clear the plates from the previous course. Not only at our table, but at every table. At some point she should realize that it would be easier to first clear the table of the used plates, and then bring the new course. The food? The salmon was overcooked to cardboard. The spinach was slimy. The dressing on the salad was a gluey goop, not a salad dressing. The pasta was overdone. I'm glad I don't have to return.

Wonderful!. I recently found this place a couple months ago, what a treat! The escargot and calamari were just right, not over cooked or tough. The antipasti plate ,regular, is enough for two people-a real deal! A neighborhood favorite, cozy but upscale. I've enjoye my visits so much I recently gave a gift certificate as a wedding gift since they are real foodies. I'm always looking forward to my next time.

Cashier with serious customer service issues.. Angela's is a quaint, restaurant with quality food and generous portions. Although it is a bet pricey, sometimes the quality of food makes it worth the extra cost. I have been to Angela's twice and have been pleased by both meals, although the last experience resulted in a very long wait for our entrees, on not a very busy time of the evening. Unfortunately, a nice dinner experience was ruined when we were charged for an item that we didn't order. It felt like the Spanish inquisition as the cashier checked with the waitress regarding the error, with implications of my party fabricating the charge. The cashier was rude, non-apolgetic and literally through the credit card receipt at my wife as she walked off. Quite frankly, I don't care how good their food is if they treat customers like second class citizens. I have never experienced this kind of treatment at any restaurant I've ever been to anywhere in this country. If you go, enjoy the food, but don't question the bill. I won't be going back.
