True mall connoisseurs flock to this two-story shopper's paradise.. What to Expect
Ask almost any Richmonder which mall is the area's best, and the answer will inevitably point to Regency Square. With two floors of middle- to high-end shops, ample parking and a food court that's a bit classier than typical mall fare, most shoppers drive to this West End mecca even if they live on the opposite side of town.

Stores
Department stores include Hecht's, JCPenney and Sears. Likewise, Regency houses several stores you won't find anywhere else: Godiva, Warner Bros., Abercrombie & Fitch, Banana Republic, Williams-Sonoma, J. Crew and Guess.
