DUCTS UNLIMITED HEATING AND AIRCONDITIONING TRIES EXTREMELY HARD TO GIVE GREAT SERVICE AND TO BE A FAIR AND HONEST COMPANY. WE ARE NOT PERFECT; HOWEVER WE WARRANT EVERY INSTALLMENT WE DO AND OUR SERVICE TECHS ARE TAUGHT TO GIVE PROMPT SERVICE. HOWEVER, THERE ARE TIMES OUR SERVICE TECHS ARE NOT PROMPT AND THEY ARE DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY. I AM SORRY FOR THE POOR SERVICE THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS HAD AND I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE IT UP TO THEM. PLEASE CALL AND ASK TO SPEAK TO CINDY. POOR SERVICE IS NOT ACCEPTED IN OUR COMPANY.

Ducts Unlimited installed my heat pump. It has broken down twice so far in the 10 months since installation. The first time someone was out immediately. They were fast and friendly. The second time, I called at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and didn't get a call from the tech until 4:00 p.m saying that he would be out the next morning and would call before he came. He didn't call or show. Someone showed up Monday morning to fix it. So, I ended up getting the flu from being in a cold house all weekend and had to take a day off work (which actually ended up being 3 because of the flu) because Ducts didn't want to do their job right the first time.
Pros: friendly once they showed up
Cons: really poor customer service
