Great, Authentic Chinese, with one rude waiter
by mlc2005
I was at Full Kee the other day, and had the best orange chicken ever. It truly was the best I had ever eaten, with a rich flavorful sauce, and crispy, fresh tender chicken. The menu is authentic, with such a wide variety of options. We tried the dumplings first, and they made all other dumplings taste bland. Seriously, the food at this place is fantastic. They also carry a range of specials, such as "whole fish" or even "jelly fish." Maybe one of these days I will be brave enough.
However, the waiter we had was shockingly rude. He offered no suggestions, appeared annoyed when we would ask for anything, and would practically slam the glass down when i asked for a water refill. I noticed that, with other customers, the host would have to come over and tell them the specials because the waiter just didnt care to be bothered.
They really need to get rid of this guy (white or latino i think, pretty feminine, shaved head) because everyone else there was nice, and he really brought down the whole experience. When I go back I will specifically ask for another waiter because the food is not cheap, and I dont want to be treated rudely.
- Pros: Delicious food, great selection, fresh produce
- Cons: Not cheap, Very rude waiter

Most authentic chinese in Richmond
by italianvino
Full Kee is without a doubt the most and only authentic Chinese restaurant in Richmond. Sundays are the best as dim sum is served. The atmosphere is lacking but the food is well-worth it. Richmond is lucky to have Full Kee.
- Pros: Great, authentic food
- Cons: atmosphere
