This is the best auto shop in town! I cannot say enough good things about Jeremie. He always figures out what is wrong with my car and never fixes more than what it needs without consulting with me first. He is the most conscientious mechanic I have ever met in my 50 yrs in the Richmond area. Take your car troubles to him. You will not regret it.

I brought my car into this shop after getting a recommendation from a friend. They overcharged me first off for what I was getting done, and after i got my car back, my car was leaking oil. They also replaced parts without contacting me before. Not a big fan of this auto place.

It took me 38 years to find an honest and skilled auto care shop, and I will never take my cars anywhere else. I even take my motorcycle to them for inspection. There have been countless times when I have been taken advantage of purely because I am female. With customer service that is top of the line, your car or truck is put into the care of trained professionals who stand behind their work with pride.
