Trustworthy, honest and excellent quality of work

Jim and his team have been our family mechanics for a very, very long time. One of the hardest thing to find these days is an honest repair shop who values quality of their work and excellent customer service. They can handle any issues on any type of cars - with positive results.

Can't Go Wrong

I've been a customer of Automotive Concepts for 25 years, and would not take it anywhere else. Now, living out of state, I still would hesitate to take it back there if I had a problem while traveling. Their service is exemplary, their work outstanding, and their honesty is above board.

Repairs you can trust

I've used Automotive Concepts for more than 10 years and the owner stands behind his work better than anyone I've ever used. In fact, when I've asked for work to be done he's even recommended lower cost alternatives or delaying the repair if it's not really needed yet. How many auto shops have ever done that for you?
