Culinary expertise in the formal dining room and the tavern..
The Scene
Renovation began in 1986 on this classic Greek-revival townhouse located in Richmond's oldest neighborhood, Church Hill. The Inn (circa 1855) is one block from St. John's Church where Patrick Henry gave his famous "Liberty or Death" speech. Original to the Inn are the garden patio, the carriage house and a unique pony path. Today, this urban inn offers telephones, televisions and room service. Rooms and suites have fireplaces and private baths.
The Food
The menu offers grilled and smoked seafood and poultry, and fresh herbs and vegetables from the Inn's own garden. Patrick Henry's may accommodate private receptions, luncheons, dinners and business meetings.
