Tulips to set you all a-twitter..
What You'll See
People flock to Agecroft to see the lovely old tudor mansion that was shipped over from England, piece by piece. The gardens may be only an afterthought--a shame when visitors realize how amazing the grounds are when warm weather hits. Three gardens represent 17th Century England, but you'll also see a unique herb garden and a knot garden, which is set out in an ornamental fashion. But the true stars here are the tulips: 5,000 bulbs erupt to welcome spring.
When to Go
Although peak season depends on the weather, Agecroft considers April its prime blooming season.

Like a visit to jolly ol' England.
What a superb attraction - perhaps one of the best collections of 16th and 17th century English artifacts in the USA. The 15th century house is an architectural gem by itself, but surrounded by the the sumptuous gardens, it is unparalleled. Do not miss this gem!
