acacia is all about small touches. I had a exceptional dinner at acacia this past week and I wanted to offer due credit, i was surprised to read these past reviews. I was entertaining a client and with acacia's reputation and my past experiences knew this was the place. Acacia is all about small touches, from the lanterns up the stairs to the staff welcoming you at the door to individual press pots of coffee. We had great service, very professional. Our server helped us select an off the beaten track bottle of wine. Since their menu changes daily, the chef had just picked up softshells from his fisherman, I had to have them, they were the best i had ever had. My client had the famous beet salad and raved about his blk seabass. As expected I was very pleased w/our dining experience and can't wait for my next visit.
