Nice people, bad service

Went there for repair of my Macbook pro. They were nice when I checked it in. They called me a couple of days later and explained the problem would cost over $500 so I might not want to fix it. I then went to the Apple Store who recommended another shop. They fixed it for $340.

- Cons: bad repair skills

Since there is no economic benefit to buying Apple stuff at the crowded Apple Store, I go to Capitol Mac, where the knowledgeable staff is happy to spend time answering all your questions. They are a full service sales AND service store that carries all Apple products. Why wait in line when you can walk into Capitol Mac and get help right away? I have bought three Macs here and have been happy with each purchase.
