Just About Everything for Costumes.
I'm anxious for it to be October again, even though it's only January. I'm really anxious to go look at their selection of fairy wings, since thats what I'm going for this year. The staff is very helpful, and very creative. They have a large selection of just about anything - accesories, wigs, makeup, tights, costumes, etc.
I definately enjoy going.
Richmonds Spot For Costumes. They have everything you need when it comes to costumes. I have been there for halloween and found everything you need and more. I also have found other costumes for random occassions, along with all the added accessories. Pretty much anything you can think of, they have, or can get within a day or so.
With more costumes than a Vegas stage show, this Carytown shop lets you be as funky as you want..
What to Expect
Every size, every budget, every freaky fetish has a place at this second-floor Carytown costume shop. Assemble your own creation with the extravagant selection of hats, feather boas, plastic noses and every accessory a monster could want--or pick a full-fledged outfit from one of the shop's hanging racks. Each costume is arranged by category, so if you have an idea of what you're looking for (a sea creature? Southern belle?), it's all perfectly arranged to save you time.
What You'll Pay
Some of the best deals can be found with used costumes that are now up for sale--look for steals in the $5-$10 range. Rental costumes, which are perfect for people who want to wear something extravagant and turn a few heads, average about $25-$50 for a one-day rental. If you want to rent a costume for more than one day, you'll pay half of the costume price for each additional day.
