TERRIBLE SERVICE - AVOID!

Absolutely terrible service, I would recommend you avoid.

I admit that I would generally disregard these reviews as I am buying a branded product and really just looking for the best price. But when you do have a problem you don't want to deal with these guys!

I purchased a backpack and used it a couple of times. The product is basically brand new and one of the straps stitching came loose and the strap is about to fall off.

They refused to return the bag even though it is basically new and clearly faulty. The staff were also rude in stating that I should have purchased a more expensive bag if I wanted it to last longer.

The bag was $70 and for the amount of use it had it was a very expensive bag! I will never shop with them again.

Terrible customer service

I would not recommend this company at all. They are very unreliable; difficult to contact and unhelpful. I ordered items to $300.00 value, and did not receive them in the post. It was not until 2 months later that I received a notice from our postage company that the items had been damaged. They did not wrap it safely/correctly (and to think I purchased a $170.00 pair of sunglasses!). Need Supply refused to send me a replacement package, even though by law, I had not received the items and legally, the items still belonged to them. They said that I would have to wait a further 1 - 1.5 months for the investigation, and would not be able to send me a replacement package...(?!).

So again, very very very unhelpful. The concept of customer service does not exist. Shop elsewhere.

Great Store

I love this store and have been shopping here for years. Everyone who works there is super friendly and they have a great selection of jeans. They also have tons of other stuff. Whenever I have friends in from out of town I bring them to the store. Its in a great area -- Carytown.

Nice Selection

They have a great location in Carytowne, but the most important thing is that they are the only store in Richmond that I have found that carries Desiel. They have a nice selection of other fashions as well, but a real treat for those who are fans of Desiel.
