Tucked into a subtle building in the midst of Carytown, Bev's might be easy to miss if it weren't for the coffee-scented breezes wafting out the door. Too hot for a cup? No problem, since Bev's offers a wonderful selection of ice cream and smoothies.
The Food
The menu is chock-full of funky flavored homemade ice cream: candy cane, pina colada, dirty chocolate, almond joy and bananas foster. There are also gourmet sandwiches and salads. Have a high-energy smoothy, frappe, egg cream or an ice blended coffee or malt to wash it down.

Bev's makes wonderful ice cream in lots of exciting flavors. Plus, they're located right across from the Byrd on Cary. Great place to go for a snack, and if it's not your thing I also recommend the Ben & Jerry's next door.

Bev's ice cream is really good. It is conveniently located on Cary Street. They have frozen yogurt, gelato, seasonal flavors, sorbet, coffees, baked goods, and they make really good ice cream cakes. It is fast and is a great place to stop while shopping on Cary Street.
