Great place!!. I went to Enigma to get my tongue pierced i thought it was a great experience. My piercer even helped me calm down out of nervousness and was about the best employee!

a bunch of dirty thieves. The building is extremely dirty, the employees are rude, I don't know how this place stays in business.

I went there to buy a simple piece of jewelry. The store was empty except for one other person. The "employee" behind the counter was arguing with the other person because he had stolen her credit card, which she JUST had!!! So it took them about 30 minutes to even talk to me about what kind of jewelry I wanted. After another round of waiting, they gave me the wrong thing. I asked for the right piece of jewelry and they told me I was being annoying. I think it's annoying when people don't know how to do their jobs. Especially when they are thieves.

If it's that hard to sell someone a piece of jewelry, I can't even imagine letting them pierce my skin... Or even worse, let them tattoo my body. Avoid enigma at all costs! This place is BS, and I will never go back there.
