FUN FUN FUN. I LOVE this place! I have been using the same stylist for years - but when she is not in I feel comfotable making an appt with any of the girls- they are all great! I read the one "bad" review - but I can say I ahve NEVER in 5 years had a bad experience with any of the girls. Not only are the stylist great - but so are the "extra" services....pedicure, manicure, massage....ahhhhh. If you are new or old to Richmond - this is a must! Keep and open mind when you walk in - I promise you will love it!

Good quality, slightly higher price. They did a good job with my hair and seemed knowledable and attentive. I got about 4 inches off, no new style, and it cost $50. My hair dresser was nice.

snooty service. After living in DC and before that NYC, I have had some excellent stylists; and after relocating to Richmond, a friend recommended Hair Theater for a young and hip crowd and relaxing environment. Unfortunately, I did not have the experience the other customers had, in that my stylist was "too cool" for conversation. All my questions were answered with one word answers, and when I was ultimately dissatisfied with my haircut, I was charged to have it fixed. It really is too bad, several of the other stylists seemed pretty happy and outgoing but I won't be returning.

Hair Theater. Hair Theater is a wonderful salon. I was recommended by a friend of a friend and will not go anywhere else in the city. Carley does the most natural looking highlights I've ever had. If you are more into the striking chunky sections of color, they do a great job on those as well. The service is always fast and welcoming. The receptionist is always very polite and helpful no matter how busy the salon is. She has helped me on more than one occation when I needed to be sqeezed in for an event! Great employees, great products and great talent. Best idea is to make an appointment 10 days or so in advance to get whatever time you like. Overall great expereience. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the fan!

It's awesome. I had a wonderful experience at Hair Theater. My stylist was amazing and I love how my hair looks!! It was so much easier to get an appointment than it was at Nesbit. And, the atmosphere was so nice and relaxed. I'd recommend it to anyone!
