I absolutely agree with the last reviewer. I worked there for 8 months and it was the most unprofessional job I ever had, from the staff to the employees. While working at one assignment I witness numerous fights and inappropriate behavior. The staff has no clue (on their employees or what their doing). The place is a joke. The managers on site were more communicative and flexible than the agency. Working as long as I did, I only spoke with a staff member at the agency twice. There are completely out of touch in what goes on at the site, and to be frank I think there could care less. There are no differences between the hardworking and dedicated vs. the slackers or people who are in adequate to have the job in the first place. If you have any traits that qualify you as a respectable, hardworking and intelligent individual seek employment elsewhere.
Pros: Paycheck
Cons: Lacks everyhitng needed in order to move up, to stay professonal, and to be treated as an adult.

This agency is not reputable and does not treat it's employees like adults. They are in the business of taking advantage of good people in difficult career situations. I've worked with other agencies before, and the difference is quite dramatic. Exclusive doesn't analyze people effectively, doesn't have appropriate positions for talented people, doesn't care about their employees, and they will not support you in any way if your goals extend beyond (just barely) making the next month's rent. They are the absolute bottom of the barrel. If you have any other alternatives, do not work for this company. If you accept an assignment from them, keep your eyes open, protect yourself, and look for something else--you deserve better.
Pros: A paycheck
Cons: Lack of respect, honesty and professionalism
