Great High Volume Lunch Deli. Our office eats here atleast 3 times a week, and it has become a favorite of most everyone here. It is always busy with lines out the door. We have always had exceptional service,not to mention quick! The food is always fresh,and usually prepared right. There are going to be mistakes made in a restaurant that serves such a lage crowd of people in such a short time frame. As a vegetarian, I have always found them to be accomodating to special orders,and have fixed any issues or mistakes promptly with out any attitude. The restaurant has always been clean,the food always good,and a very friendly accomodating staff.

Horrible Service. The service was atrocious. They screwed up our order. After we waited 35 minutes(during lunch hour), we asked where it was. The cashier said, 'Another minute'. 5 minutes later I asked for my money back. She called the manager. He gave us our money back without any apology.

Nice. It's a dump too. Go to the one in carytown. They have class.
