I’m a long term customer of Hawkeye Manufacturing and I’ve owned several models. It is hard for me to put in to words how happy I’ve been with this company. From the service, to the convenience, to the actual hot tubs themselves, I highly recommend Hawkeye Manufacturing. They show outstanding customer loyalty which is a big reason why I’ve stuck with them over the years. They constantly give me a good price for this reason, which has always been on the higher end compared to other brands, but I’ve learned the hard way the quality is way more important with this sort of investment. The lower maintenance the better. Thank you Hawkeye once again for getting me a spa in my budget that I'm sure will last just as long as the other Hawkeye Spas I've owned. I will continue to recommend your company and product.

You don't get what you pay for...literally. Horrible customer service!!!!! I was told by the sales person the hot tub included the spa cover and steps and when it was delivered they brought the cover but no steps. Seemed like an honest mistake but when I called to find out why the steps did not come I was told that was not part of the deal. I was sold/promised one thing and after the credit card was swiped it became another. I will pursue disputing this with my credit card since I was charged for something I did not receive. At this point though they are refusing to take the tub back so I can't imagine what it will be like if I ever need service. I live near this factory so was hoping I would have good customer service from a local business but obviously this is not the case. I would highly recommend not buying from them. To see what I am talking about just give the main number a call and see if you actually get to speak with someone or if you have to leave a message. Very poor service.

Great hot tub, excellent shopping experience. The shopping experience for our hot tub has been wonderful and we are enjoying the spa every

day. The other week we had the entire family over for a BBQ and the hot tub was definitely the

center of attention. Although Grandpa couldn't understand why anyone would want to sit in hot water for no reason, we all enjoyed ourselves tremendously. (we tried to tell him it was set to 75 degrees.) The

order process was as simple as could be and the delivery company did a fantastic job unloading the hot

tub from the truck.

Deal of a lifetime!. I would like to take this time to comment on the experience that I had at the Spa blowout event in Knoxville, TN. I had been in the market for a hot

tub for quite some time, I looked at hot tubs online as well as my local dealers. While researching hot tubs I found several that I liked but it seemed that they were overpriced, so I felt very frustrated in my search.

So I was intrigued to see that a spa sale was coming to Knoxville. I feel in love a hot tub called the 88BL, it was unlike and hot tub I had seen. The lounger was one of a kind and very very comfortable. I got the deal of

a lifetime, the spa was THOUSANDS less then what I had seen and had MORE features. I am a very excited hot tub owner.

Great prices and quality. I had been looking around locally for a spa and couldn't find anything like the one I bought from you for

less than $9k. Needless to say when I saw yours for $5k I was a little curious. All of the features and yet

$4k less. I have to admit, I almost thought the spa would arrive and I would be sorry but the quality of the

hot tub you sold me is second to none. I am very pleased. We love it and your telephone support was

fantastic helping us get started. Let me just say thank you yet one more time.
