Never a Problem.... I am getting married here and I haven't had a problem with anyone or anything. They have awesome packages for weddings and guest rooms... It helps that the staff are all greatly involved in anything I ask.

Overall an awesome place to stay, they really do have everything!!!

Do NOT Stay Here. Staff was extremely uninformed about the amenities which the hotel where they work offers. Nor did they really seem to care to find out. I asked about wireless internet service and was met with a ...duh. Asked about a safe and was met with a...duh.

A microwave is available for your room at a cost of $10 per day. Are you kidding me? After three days, I can go buy a new on at Walmart!

Room was not as clean as it should have been. Had to fight for my quoted rate.

All in all, this hotel was not worth it. Keep looking as there are better to stay when in Richmond.
