Please consider. I went to Looking Good Hair Co for the first time about a week ago to get a permanent. I did not know the stylist, this being my first time to that Shop. She rolled my hair then immediately sat me back by the rinse bowls. She put something on my hair, she did not get a permanent from the back or whatever stylists usually do. I sat in the back for about 20 minutes. She checked on me twice while she went back to another customer and put color on that person hair. She finally called to another stylist to put the last touches on my hair which he did from a spray bottle. Finally, she pulled herself away from her other customer and rinsed my hair at which point I told her there appeared to be no curl at all in my hair. She, stating I had plenty of curly put some kind of gel on my hair to give it some body. Atter 2 days, I washed my hair and it is flat and straight as a poker. I went back to the shop and showed them my hair and asked for my money back. They would only offer me the opportunity for another person at the shop to give me another permanent. I want nothing more to do with that shop and just want my money back so I can go to another location. They refuse a refund. This is the first time I have ever had this to happen. Usually if there is a problem, it is too much curl. Just want others to know to be careful if they visit this Shop. I have filed with the BBB, and if that is not successful will go to Hanover small claims court.
