Wonderful service!! Our ge frig stopped cooling and Action was there in less than one hour. Had the part and it runs great. Sears said they would be her in three days.

GREAT WORK REASONABLE PRICES GREAT WARRANTY. socalld6 has presented extremely inaccurate information. The repair cost estimate was fair. The repair was completed on time and properly. He also received a full refund based only on good customer relations. socalld6 complaint was unjustified but social media does not allow for any check on this type of unfair attack. socalld6 used extreme profanity with both me and with the office manger. We are honest he is not. We are a small business and have many happy customers since 1984.

This company employs EXTREMELY SHADY tactics to triple charge for simple services. The repair technician, who I was later told is the owner, wrote several different figures in a notebook and gave me a very technical name for a part and a figure of $185 dollars. After five minutes, he said he was finished, as I researched the part online. It was a thermostat FUSE. The receipt he gave me quoted "scribble scribble kit $185." I called the office to get an itemized receipt, and was assured this is a competitive price for a fuse. When I called several different companies, the price I was quoted in each case was less than half what this rip-off artist charged me. NEVER call these crooks.

Botched dryer repair in Midlothian, Action Appliance Repair, lacks knowledge. Botched Repair. After Action Appliance Repair replaced my dryer's belt, pulley & roller, I ran it five times and it stopped again. They then said it was the motor and the other were unrelated. I am an electrical engineer - this is completely false; the motor drives the [replaced] parts that turn the drum.
