Editorial Review for Sunday Park – by Kristine Forrest
What to Expect
With paved trails encircling Swift Creek Reservoir like a hemline, Sunday Park provides the ideal place to bike. The trails are flat and decidedly non-dramatic--no steep hills or rocky terrain here--but that makes them ideal for a casual afternoon of exercise. If you're out for a thrill ride, you should look elsewhere. The only obstacles you'll find here are other people fighting for trail space. Fortunately, there's enough room to pass slower bikers and walkers.
The Scenery
The lake, the shelters, the landscaping. Brandermill knows how to make a place lovely, and the bike trails at Sunday Park don't go ignored. It's a great place to bike with someone you love, because you'll always find a scenic place to stop and smooch.
