Best Customer Service Ever!. This local branch has restored my faith in the financial industry. My local branch manager in less that 15 minutes accomplished what my husband and I had been trying to do for over a week. I commend both Valerie Welton and Ann Palmer as well as the entire staff at this branch. They are always friendly and go the "extra" mile to help customers. They should be commended on this treatment in this age of what appears "lack of" customer service in most industries.…
