Best Repair N Richmond.
I have purchased equipment from this store and I have also had repairs as well.
My fist repair was done in 1992, in all those years I have never heard anyone say they did not do a good job.
Overall I would say that this is the best small engine, lawnmower chain saw repair shop in Richmond.
All of there repairs meet all of the safety requirements that were originally with he equipment.
Always wear hearing protection !!! Always wear eye protection !! Even if it doesn't look Cool ! Even you are to frigging lazy to find it or buy it!…
Nice store - Bad attitude.
First of all, they close the store for an hour every day in the middle of the day FOR LUNCH - I am sure that customers stop by all the time only to find that they are "out to lunch". How hard could
it be to go to lunch in shifts so as not to inconvenience any customers.
Secondly - the lady that works the counter is flat out rude. She has a HORRIBLE attitude. I have heard other customers complain of this. When I left after picking up my lawn mower - I said, "Thank you so much". NO RESPONSE. My wife was with me and asked a question about a tiller they had displayed and the lady acted like she was being bothered to answer any questions.
