Answer the Phone!. I thought going to this Salon would be a great experience, but when I called to make an appointment they never answered the phone! It kept going to an answering machine saying "We are currently assisting other clients" Am I not important enough to make an appointment? I left a message and they never called me back. I also called there another 3 times. That was it, so I never even got a chance to go there. That, in my opinion, is BAD customer service. If they are that great they should have one person sitting at the phone making appointments all day. I guarantee that any GOOD review on here is probably someone on staff trying to make this place seem like "the place to go to." That is probably why they did not answer the phone.

AWESOME SERVICE. Receptionist - greets you at the door, very pleasant and professional. The owner said good morning to everyone in the shop. The girls are friendly. This Salon offers MANY services, from facials, nails, hair, massages etc. Tanya is so awesome! She gave me an updo that people are still talking about and would you believe it took her only 20min to do it. YOU ROCK TANYA!

No longer Salon Duvall.....New Owner, New Name and New Place. Everyone knows of Salon Duvall in the Innsbrook Shoppes with Capital Ale House. I recently moved to the area in May of 2008 and went to salon duvall and though I was happy with my hair, I was unhappy with the atmosphere and staff. Well later in the year August 2008, a co worker decided to go and told me that everything was different, so I decided to try it out again, and I LOVE IT!!! It is called Salon M & Day Spa, it has a new owner Melissa, who is awesome and a whole new staff. They use Alfaparf color which has diamond shaves in it!!! They have redone the entire place, it has a massage, facial and wax room, New paint job, the entire front is redone, KIDS room and updated manicure and pedicure area. I HIGHLY recommand Salon M to everyone in the area.

The Best Service I Have Had!. My experience at Salon Duvall was very welcoming! It's easy sometimes to overlook good service, but it really is something to walk into Salon Duvall and to be welcomed, to have my appointments on time, and to be simply smiled at. The buisness is managed very professionally. For homecoming, and both prom, I went to this Salon and they did an AMAZING job with my updo. Thank you for all you do Salon Duvall, for your hard working employees and kind spirits!

Outstanding. My experiences at Salon Duvall have been very positve and uplifting. The stylists there are mature, updated, highly trained, and well established after twenty years. The Salon has been so successful due to its outstanding staff and stylists. With very little advertising, its success has maintained all these years simply by word of mouth. I highly recommend their services for all ages, men and women, modern and conservative. They are best known for coloring and highlighting. My hair is the healthiest it has ever been, and I recently had my first facial there, I am lucky to have found this treasure!

West end treasure. Not sure what happened with the other reviews but that is the opposite of my experiences at the salon. They have always provided excellent service and the staff is highly skilled and friendly. I have sent several friends there to fix the results of trips to other salons and they have all become regulars. I guess any place can have a bad day every once in a while but my experience is that this is the place to go.

Horrible is Right!. I would not recommend this place to anyone...poor service....poor management....and my hair looked like well let's just say I could have went to the Hair Cuttery and gotten a better cut....NOT to mention how snooty everyone was...just an overall horrible experience!

Horrible Experience. Was new to town, got a stylist w/attitude.

Tried her 2 times, both times was rude and gave a mediocre cut.

Poor mgment of salon and booking calendar
