REAL ITALIAN FAMILY OWNED. MAMMA FELICIA IS A REAL NICE TRUE ITALIAN WOMAN THATS AN INCREDIBLE CHEF. THE PLACE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR IN ITALY. FAMILY FRIENDLY, GREAT PORTIONS, GREAT FOOD, GREAT PEOPLE. YOU GOTTA TRY THIS PLACE! HEARD THEY ARE RELOCATING. KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN FOR THIS PLACE!!!!

Another customer lost, regret giving them another chance. We went into Mama Felicias for lunch one day and there were two or three waitresses in the place. The sign said seat yourself, so we sat down. No one approached us for about 10 minutes and finally when a waitress did come over, she told us that we had to go to the counter and order it ourselves and their duties that day were to "wipe down tables only". It was very confusing. We ordered and when I picked up both of the chicken rolls, they were both burnt. We had about two bites of them, got up and walked out.

Then, stupid me decides to give them another shot and I ordered a chicken parm pizza. The pizza came and when I opened the box, there was roughly 7 pieces of bite size chicken on it. I called to complain and the person that answered the phone was not helpful at all. Then the manager got on the phone and sounded pretty defensive, so I just hung up. I will never recommend this place to anyone, nor will I give them another dollar of my money.

GREAT FOOD. All of the food is great. The portions are big and the pizza is delicious.

Poor service, slow delivery. Received pizza after almost an hour and a half. Pizza was ice cold. Called restaurant for refund and was told I would need to drive there to receive refund. Kinda defeats the purpose of delivery don't you think? Associate who answered the phone was rude, delivery person got lost and called our house twice, through and through a bad experience to have to pay for a pizza that we had to cook ourselves. That's okay, they've lost a customer in me.
