The Scene
Nightly specials draw a mixture of families, Innsbrook office professionals and steamed seafood lovers to this bright, breezy West End atmosphere. Servers scamper to tote authentic "Steamer Pots" and trays of steaming crabs to the brown paper-covered tables.
The Food
Seafood lovers will find satisfaction with the wide variety of choices here. An authentic "Steamer Pot" with six kinds of seafood, corn and potatoes? The traditional Fried Platters? Pasta & Seafood with your choice of Alfredo, Marinara or Scampi Sauce? A New Orleans Shrimp or Oyster "Po-Boy"? Steamed Crabs and Crab Legs (seasonally priced) and Steamers: clams, oysters, crawfish, and both Blue and Green Lip mussels?
Who to Take
The restaurant clearly caters to families--it's a great place to hit after Sunday morning services or a group outing. If you come looking for a romantic spot to dine out, however, you may be disappointed.
