Keith Harrison was courteous & did a good job of explaining the process. He was helpful in getting the deal I wanted & even switched cars at my request without issue. I would highly recommend him as a sales rep-

I feel comfortable with dealing with the service dept. here at Universal Ford- Very courteous. We have been loyal customers to Ford through 1950's + down the line-

Just a quick note to say how much I appreciate Kathy's help. She's friendly and knowledgeable about your products. We bought a living room set a year ago from her and it was a positive experience - then last night we added an ottoman to that set and were able to have Kathy again. Reminded me about how much she helped and didn't pressure us last time. Not too many people are willing to take the time to compliment, only to complain, so I wanted to say she's a great sales rep! Thanks Kathy!
