I really appreciate the all around excellent care my wife and I received when we went into McGeorge's, from sale to delivery and beyond it was a great time. We also obtained a new lock assembly that works like a charm! Thanks again for the flawless assistance, you will be recommended to anyone we come across looking for an RV.

I have been RVing for the past 40 years. When my 5th wheel lost the wheel and axel around the corner from your shop last week. I had the pleasure of meeting with the owner. I have never been treated so well and with such professionalism before. All of the staff was right on the ball the second they found out my situation, everyone was helpful! People are always so quick to complain, so I wanted to take the time out to give you a compliment. I am very appreciative for everything you all at McGeorge's have done for my wife and I.

At McGeorge's Rolling Hills I have experienced the most impressive customer service. A few months back while en route from Maine to Florida I located your business; I was towing an Aliner camper. I had been struggling with opening/setting it up and feared the springs were in need of a replacement. So without an appointment I headed straight to your service department.

I was promptly greeted and assisted, despite the fact the department was busy. I was helped by Art & Jarrell and both made me feel welcome and listened to my concerns. A technician (I missed his name but starts with a K) took responsibility of my camper and within 30 minutes he had addressed and corrected the problem! Couldn't believe it. He was VERY thorough and conscientious.

I cannot begin to tell you how relieved I was to have the problems fixed but I was also overwhelmed by the quality of service. Not only was everyone on the team courteous and professional, but the issues were resolved with a complete explanation for a reasonable charge! While my dogs and I waited, I made some purchases of various items I had not found elsewhere. It was a "win-win" for me!

I have friends in Va who I have shared this experience with, may my small efforts to promote your business be returned to you 100 times over!

The trip I had was not planned, I was responding to a family emergency. The care & service from McGeorge's certainly renewed my faith in human nature and American standards of customer service. I thank you greatly!!

This was the second RV we purchased from McGeorge's and we were just as happy with all of the help and information provided. There was no doubt in my mind that when I was ready to purchase another RV I was coming back to you guys!! Good job! It's nice to have someone you can trust.

We could not be more pleased with our experience at McGeorge's. The service & professionalism of the staff was unmatched by any other dealer. We've told everyone about you and will undoubtedly return when it is time to upgrade!

poor service. RV was serviced here earlier this year. They took longer than needed to complete the work and still have not corrected or taken responsibility for bad installation. RV now needs additional service becasue of their neglect which they told me that my insurence should pay for, WHY should my insurance pay for damage done to my RV because of their shoddy repair work. Very dissappointed and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.......

worse place to take your RV for service. Alvin the sales person was great, but ever since we purchased it the service dept has been horrible. Had several issues come up and inorder to get it resolved, we had to deal with the manufacture (keystone) ourself, caught them in several lies when they told us that they said the manufacture denied the claim, when in fact they NEVER contacted them in the first place. Half the time the employess do not know what they are doing. After talking with Keystone, they advised that we take our service needs to another RV dealership, that services Keystone products. I am taking their advice and doing just that. I will tell other people not to do business there as well. Very disappointed in the service dept.

wow things must have changed. what a great experience i had their very helpful i told the sales consultant what i was looking for and he showed me a few choices and we were done no hassle had everything ready when promised. what a difference a few years must make

Does not deliver as promised. If you are looking for a new rv or service, run, don't walk, away from this dealer. They demand a large down payment and then keep it as a "deposit" if the deal falls through. Serivce is shoddy and can take several days when it should be a couple of hours, and frequently it is not done right, has to be redone. Check with local RV'ers before going to these guys, there are much more reliable dealers in the Richmond area.
